“I rented this hotel room for my girlfriend’s birthday; her brother was playing at a winery over there so we decided to make a weekend of it. We were both absolutely impressed with the quality of the rooms and the owners/managers. Doug and Pam are fantastic hosts that gave our stay an “at home” feeling.
They had recommendations about the local restaurants and activities to do in the area. The room we had looked directly out onto the lake, which was 30′ from our door at most. the furnishings were top of the line in style and comfort. The lake itself is full of bass and other fresh water game fish and they provide temporary fishing licenses and gear so you can fish from either the dock, or you can take out the row boat.
I cannot say enough about how relaxing the whole weekend was. For me, I feel that the value of the room was 3-4x what we actually paid for it! I would recommend to anyone that they go spend a weekend at Zillah Lakes Inn.“
WOW, Trip Advisor Review
“We stayed in the Yakima Valley Suite, which is a spacious 1BR unit that includes a well-stocked full kitchen. The sleeper sofa pulls out & was quite comfortable myself & my friend. Our other 2 friends slept on the king bed in the bedroom. It was nice to have 1.5 baths as well. The master bath was incredibly spacious with a roomy shower. The small main living bathroom was perfect, so that multiple people could be getting ready at once. This unit is on the lakeside & has a nice sitting area outside the front door. Zillah Lakes Inn is located 5-10min away from many wineries in what is called the Rattlesnake Hills Wine Trail. The host Doug greeted us kindly. We enjoyed a picnic lunch on a nice picnic table on the property & went off to pick cherries in the area until official check in time. In the evening Doug lit the propane fire pit & there’s a nice common area set of chairs to sit around & enjoy. Overall, a really nice place to stay!”
