Terms & Conditions

Check In & Check Out Times:

Regular check-in time is 3:00 to 7:00 pm. If you can’t make it during that time, please contact us ahead of time.

Check out time is at 11:00 am. If guests request to stay past 11:00 am, then $10 will be charged. Final check out time is 1:00 pm.

Room Occupancy:

All rooms sleep 2 persons at base rate. Additional guests (including infants and children) will be charged an additional guest fee of $20/night per person.

Deposits & Payments:

A $50 deposit is taken at the time of booking. The balance plus any additional fees will be charged on the day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change after your room reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required 30 days in advance of your arrival date. You will be refunded your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

If you notify us of your cancelation 29 days or less prior to arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded.

Changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay will still incur the full price. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.

Child Policy:

Children are welcome, within the occupancy limits (2 persons) for any and all rooms. Each additional child is considered an additional person on the reservation and charged $20/night/person. Parents must accompany children at all times on the property.

Pet Policy:

One dog (no other kind of animal) is allowed per room in rooms 1, 2 & 3, if you let us know prior to booking. Pup amenities such as water bowls, pup snacks and paw wipes are available by request. There is a non-refundable dog visiting fee of $25/night to be paid at the time of booking. Damages caused by guests’ dog will be charged to the dog owner for the appropriate repairs.

Smoking:

Zillah Lakes Inn is a non-smoking property. Evidence of smoking, candles burned in room or wax found will result in a minimum fee of $200. A fee will be charged if there are damages to the unit and/or its furnishings.

Damages:

Any damage to property belonging to Zillah Lakes Inn including, but not limited to: furniture, room, inn bicycles, golf cart, golf clubs, outdoor seating and all amenities will be the sole responsibility of the guest/s that committed it and charges will be applied.

Fishing Policy:

Please read the fishing identification badges for specific fishing rules on Zillah Lakes. ID badges are located on the counter. Requirements: barbless hooks, catch and release only fishing off dock is allowed. Each person must wear the fishing identification badge.

Dock and Boat Use:

Each person using the dock or boat will assume full responsibility and take the necessary precautions for personal safety. Each guest at Zillah Lakes Inn is responsible for their own safety.
